Purpose of this job:
Timely and effective support to employees'e-learning and online training management system.
Area of responsibilities:
1.Provide timely and effective support on e-learning service to all employees through telephone, online help, email, and other ways when needed.
2.Promote and coordinate e-Learning programs, blended training programs, and e-Learning events to maximize online learning effects.
Plan and organize e-learning events to encourage employees'participation in e-learning
Promote e-learning programs and control the learning process to achieve the required learning objective
Assist to motivate blended training programs and control the process related to e-learning part
Provide programs and events summary report
3.Assist to develop, outsource and management e-learning courseware
Use rapid e-learning courseware development tool to develop and publish e-learning course
Cooperate with vendor to develop complex e-learning courseware
Responsible for courseware quality control
Control the process of e-learning courseware translation
Assist to outsource excellent e-learning courseware
Assist to build up and manage e-learning portfolio
4.e-Learning System Service
Monitor the system operation and keep in touch with support team
Update and upload training news, all course information
Manage and promote BBS and other online events
Manage online examination system
Provide regular training report through e-Learning system
Manage on-line training records
5.Assist to successfully carry out e-learning project in 2007.
6.Other e-learning work upon request
Main customers:All internal employees, line managers, and outside training compeers
Education and Experience Requirements of the Position:
1.Above colledge degree, majored in computer science is preferred
2.Successful candidate will have 1-2 years website management working experience. E-learning experience is highly preferable
3.Substantial webpage design and development skills
4.Excellent PC skills, familiar with Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
5.Fluent English in oral & writing
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7.Thinking and work with strong logic, result driven
8.Strong customer sense, with patience
